Is it possible to make a return?

Yes, you can request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery of the product. The product to be returned must be in the original packaging, including all labels, the box must be perfectly intact, free from tears and adulterations. The product must be clean and unused, the instruction booklet, if present, must be intact. The packaging, if present, must accompany the product. You must use the same box or package in which the product was delivered to you, the return labels must not be attached directly to the original product box. Please note that the refund does not apply to the following products:

-goods made to measure or clearly personalized or which, by their nature, cannot be returned.

-As regards the return of the product subject to withdrawal, the shipping costs will be borne by the Customer except in shared cases of defect of the goods. As provided for by art. 56 paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014.

How will the returned product be refunded?

For the refund of the return you can choose to receive a voucher to spend on our site, either by credit card if you paid by card, or by bank transfer if you paid on delivery.

When will I receive my refund?

As soon as the return is returned to our warehouse, Fiocchi da Principessa will check the resale status of the product along with the order details. The refund will be made according to the agreed methods. Refunds are generally made in the middle and at the end of the month, within 2 weeks from the time of the return.
