1. ORDERING
1.1 Do I need to open an account to shop with you?
No, it is not necessary. You can make purchases and pay as a guest every time.
However, by creating an account with us, you will be able to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right away, or you can start shopping and create your account before checking out on the cart page.
1.2 How can I create an account?
Click on "Login/Register" followed by "Create an account" and enter your personal details.
1.3 How do I order?
Purchase the items you want and add them to your cart. Once you're done, you can proceed to your cart and check out. Please check and make sure all information is correct before confirming purchases and payment.
1.4 I'm having trouble adding items to my cart
You will be able to add items as long as it is available. There may be an instance where the item is in someone else's shopping cart, then the items status is reflected as "Temporarily Unavailable".
1.5 How do I pay for my orders?
We accept payments via Paypal and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express.
1.6 Can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. This will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and minimize errors. It is recommended that you check your order before placing it.
1.7 I have a discount code, how can I use it?
Enter your voucher code in the "Voucher Code" field and click "Add" on your cart page before checking out. Please note that we are unable to manually apply the voucher code to your order if you have not entered it during checkout. Please make sure all information is correct before confirming your purchase.
1.8 How do I know if my order is confirmed?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, please note that orders will only be shipped once your credit card payment has been approved and your billing and shipping address has been verified. Alternatively, you can check the status of your order in "My Account" if you are a registered user.
2. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
2.1 When will my order be processed?
All orders will be processed within 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. The time shown is based on Singapore time (UTC/GMT +8 hours).
2.2 How long will it take to receive my order?
The delivery time of Standard courier is about 6 working days and Express courier is about 4 working days from the time of order, except when the product is customized. This is only applicable to all deliveries to Italy. For all international deliveries, the time taken depends on our logistics partners and their affiliates.
2.3 How can I track my delivery?
Once your order has been shipped, you will be sent a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can check and track the delivery status of your orders with our local logistics partner, with your 6-digit order number for all deliveries in Italy.

2.4 What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is FREE for all orders in Italy over €49.90 via standard courier. For shipments under €49.90 a cost will be charged which may vary based on the size and weight of the package. For international deliveries, you can select your item and proceed to the payment page as charges are based on weight and volume. After you enter your delivery details, we will automatically calculate shipping costs based on the address you provide.
2.5 Can I change my shipping address after my order has been confirmed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once the order has been confirmed. Therefore, please make sure you provide the correct shipping address.
2.6 There is an item missing from my order, what should I do?
We apologize for sending you an incomplete order. Contact our customer service team at contatto@fiocchidaprincipessa.it and we will reply to you as soon as possible.
2.7 I received a defective item, what should I do?
We apologize if you received a defective item from us. Contact our customer service team at contatto@fiocchidaprincipessa.it with a snapshot of the product and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
2.8 I received a wrong item, what should I do?
We apologize for sending you the wrong item. Contact our customer service team at contatto@fiocchidaprincipessa.it and we will reply to you as soon as possible.
2.9 I purchased the wrong size or color
We do not provide exchanges for size or color. However, we do accept returns for products purchased from us. You can refer to our returns and exchanges policy here and its procedures.
2.10 I have not received my package, what should I do?
Send an email to our customer service team at contatto@fiocchidaprincipessa.it if you have not received the parcel after 10 working days and we will help you accordingly
2.11 Will there be an additional cost for return?
As regards the return of the product subject to withdrawal, the shipping costs will be borne by the Customer except in shared cases of defect of the goods. As provided for by art. 56 paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014.
2.12 I have yet to receive my package within the deadline. Who can I contact?
